No they are not. However, we are 100% muslim owned and are very cautious with all ingredients used.

Orders can be cancelled within 3 days before the delivery date. If you would like to cancel your order, please make a call/ text/watsapp @ (65)98290867.
An order cannot be cancelled if the order is on its way, or has already been delivered to you. Please do read the Terms and Conditions before you make an order

- Will I still be charged in this scenario?
You will be charged $20.00 delivery charge for each attempt.
- What happens if I am not at home when the delivery is made?
Failed deliveries will be redirected back to the store. You may then collect from the store or arrange for another delivery in which another delivery charge will be imposed. Even if the products are to be redelivered the next day, do note that it will be the same items that were produced for you the previous day. No new stock will be replaced. Hence do make sure that someone will be around to accept goods on that day.

Orders will be delivered by our transportation partner.
- What form of identification do I need to present when collecting my order?
We will require your Order ID, Name and contact number for easy reference during collection.
- What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard & Amex payment. All payment is in S$ dollars. Payment will include the price of products and the delivery charge. Cash payments have to be made before order is confirmed and processed.
- How can I place an order?
Orders can be made via our website opencrumbcafe.com or sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders made via email still has to be pre-paid before order is confirmed. Please do read the Terms and Conditions before you make an order.
- Can I place an international order through your website?
Yes you can! You may order from overseas but only deliveries to Singapore are made. Should you like to include a message to your loved ones, leave a note in your order form and we will take care of the rest.
